| 摘 要： | 从21世纪初的崭露头角,到金融危机下的逆势上扬,一种依托于电子商务平台的跨国代购行业模式——网络海外代购在国内方兴未艾。本文主要介绍了在电子商务模式下,网络海外代购业务在国内的发展现状和存在的风险,并在此基础上提出了解决方案。首先,介绍了网络海外代购业务的基本概念、特点和在我国发展的现状;其次,通过分析我国网络海外代购业务迅速发展的原因,揭示网络海外代购构成要素及其对代购业务的影响;再次,以淘宝全球购为例,分析网络海外代购网站运营方式,揭示网络海外代购业务存在的风险并提出解决方案;最后,对全文进行总结并展望网络海外代购业务未来的发展。

| Abstract: | Emerging at the beginning of the 21st century,and rising against the tendency at the time of the financial crisis,online overseas purchasing agency,which is a cross-border purchasing business model relies on the e-commerce platform,is in the ascendant in China.This article mainly introduced the development status and risks of online overseas purchasing agency in the e-commerce mode,and put forward solutions on this basis,.Firstly,this article introduces the basic concept of the online overseas purchasing agency and its development status in China;Secondly,this article reveals the essential elements and its impact of online overseas purchasing agency through analyzing reasons of rapid development of online overseas purchasing agency in China;Thirdly,with global.taobao.com as an example,this article analyzes the operation mode of the website of online overseas purchasing agency,shows risks of online overseas purchasing agency,and puts forward the solutions;In the end,this article is summarized and the future development of online overseas purchasing agency is discussed. |
