| 摘 要： | 素质教育不仅仅是教育观念和思想的转变，更重要的是要把它落实在具体的教学活动中。只有教学行为发生了实质性转变，素质教育才能成为现实。教育行为的转变，要从激发学生的主体作用入手。要让多年形成的教学习惯发生转变，不是一朝一夕就能实现的，必须通过具体、深入和扎实的工作。
