| 摘 要： | 食品添加剂的安全使用问题已成为社会关注热点,这对食品添加剂的课程教学提出了更高的要求。文章以食品添加剂课程特点为依据,从高职教育的要求出发,对教学内容和教学方法等方面的改革进行了探索,提出了提高教学质量的具体措施。

| Abstract: | the problem of using food additives safely has become the social focus of attention and it proposes higher requirement to the curricular teaching of food additives.In accordance with the characteristics of food additives curriculum and from the requirement of higher vocational education,it explores the reforms in teaching content and methods and proposes specific measures to enhance the teaching quality. |
