| 摘 要： | 《中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的决定》中指出：必须全面贯彻干部队伍革命化,年轻化,知识化,专业化的方针和德才兼备的原则,加快干部人事制度改革步伐,完善制度,健全机制,坚持用好的作风,选作风好的人,本通过具体事例,阐述了只有用好的作风选人,才能选出作风好的人。

| Abstract: | The article points out from the Decision of the Central committee of the Communist Party of China about Improving and strengthening the style of the Party,"We must carry out completely the policy about selecting revolutionary, young leaders with knowledge and specialization, We must obey the rule that select those who have both quality and ability. We should accelerate reform paces of personnel system for cadre ,improve the system, perfect the mechanism, insist on selecting leaders who have a good quality fairly and publicly."This article states through valid facts that we must select leaders who has a good quality fairly and publicly. |
