| Abstract: | Lifelong learning is a concept of existence in the 21st century since we must keep learning the whole life to survive and to progress.In the field of adult learning,scholars have been making great efforts to construct the self-directed learning theory.This essay introduces the forming process and main ideas of the theory,explains the connotation of adult self-directed learning capability,and then elicits implications on the adult education. |
