摘    要:应用型本科校内双导师制实施中存在校内导师和企业导师之间沟通不顺畅、校企合作双导师制培养实践技能单一、企业导师受学生重视度不够等问题。建立校内创新设计指导教师和校内实训加工指导教师的双导师制培养体系、平台建设和双导师制运行机制,以研究小组为单位—问题为导向—讨论式的教学方法,将企业案例式教学、课赛一体式教学、项目式教学等融入到教学活动中去,使课程设置更加实用化,经过长时间的理论研究和实践调整,形成了应用型本科校内双导师制培养模式。

Abstract:There are some problems in the implementation of dual tutor system within the application-oriented undergraduate colleges, such as the poor communication between the tutor on campus and the enterprise tutor, the single practical skills of the school-enterprise cooperation dual tutor system, and the insufficient attention of students to enterprise tutor. It is necessary to establish a dual tutor training system that are school innovation designer instructor and training processing instructor within school, as well as the mechanisms for platform construction and dual tutor operation, integrate enterprise case teaching, course-competition integrated teaching and project-based teaching into the teaching activities, so as to make the curriculum more practical. After a long period of theoretical research and practical adjustment, a dual tutor training mode has been formed within applied undergraduate colleges.
