| Abstract: | The paper emphasizes that man - oriented is the guiding ideology of university library management, points out innovation is the main content of university library management and carries on the concrete elaboration from three aspects such as management system innovation, management mechanism innovation and library knowledge innovation and finally proposes the viewpoint that development is the ultimate goal of library management. |
