| 摘 要： | 随着图书馆“以人为本”服务理念的提出，开架借阅已成为当今图书馆服务的必然趋势。实行开架借阅，不仅方便读者，而且促进了图书馆资源的开发和利用。针对高校图书馆开架借阅服务工作中出现的图书乱架和图书污损问题，提出了相应的解决对策。
