| Abstract: | The paper makes analysis on the great changes of technology as well as the rapid changes of libraries' core services and then perceives the challenges the librarians are facing. It presents that the librarians should strengthen their ability to make full use of new technology, to acquire more and better information, to evaluate information well and truly, to manage information effectively, to communicate and deal with conflicting smoothly, and to learn science knowledge continuously. In the end this paper puts some suggestions on how to upgrading these abilities. |
