| 摘 要： | 高等教育产学合作模式是提高大学生综合素质，培养大学生动手能力的重要途径。文章通过分析产学合作教育动力机制，结合湖南科技大学产学合作教育的实践，以人力资源管理专业为例，提出以下可操作性强的高校产学合作教育的人才培养模式：明确专业的办学特色和优势，选择目标企业并加强沟通，加大对合作企业的支持力度，建立高等教育产学合作的管理体制与评价体系。

| Abstract: | The euterprise- school cooperative mode of higher education is an important way to improve university students＇ comprehensive quality and practical ability. Firstly, analyzing the motivation mechanism of enterprise- school cooperative education;then, with the practice of Hunan University of Science and Technology,take Human Resource Management as an example,put forward the training mode of enterprise - school cooperative education which is strong operability： clearing characteristics and advantages of specialty; strengthening communication with co - operative enterprise; supporting co - operative enterprise more effectively; setting up administrative systems and evaluation systems about the enterprise - school cooperative mode of higher education. |
