摘 要: | 高等教育产学合作模式是提高大学生综合素质,培养大学生动手能力的重要途径。文章通过分析产学合作教育动力机制,结合湖南科技大学产学合作教育的实践,以人力资源管理专业为例,提出以下可操作性强的高校产学合作教育的人才培养模式:明确专业的办学特色和优势,选择目标企业并加强沟通,加大对合作企业的支持力度,建立高等教育产学合作的管理体制与评价体系。

Abstract: | The euterprise- school cooperative mode of higher education is an important way to improve university students' comprehensive quality and practical ability. Firstly, analyzing the motivation mechanism of enterprise- school cooperative education;then, with the practice of Hunan University of Science and Technology,take Human Resource Management as an example,put forward the training mode of enterprise - school cooperative education which is strong operability: clearing characteristics and advantages of specialty; strengthening communication with co - operative enterprise; supporting co - operative enterprise more effectively; setting up administrative systems and evaluation systems about the enterprise - school cooperative mode of higher education. |
