| 摘 要： | 职业培训体系是各类培训所构成的整体。发展与完善职业培训体系具有紧迫性。当前,影响职业培训体系的因素有政府的态度、人才市场的需求、法制规范及经费保障、社会依托等。要切实保障职业培训体系,需要加强政府的支持,制订相应的法规,加大经费的投入,要重视政府、社会、企业和培训机构四者的联合。

| Abstract: | vocational training system is a complete body which comprises all kinds of training.It is very urgent that we develop and consummate the vocational training system.Currentlly,the factors which influence the vocational training system involve the attitude of the government,the demand of the labor market,the legal system and the investment,social dependence etc.To guarantee the vocational training system stably,we should enhance the governmental support,legislate the relevant statute,give more investment and we should attach importance to the combine of the power of the government,society,enterprise and the training institution. |
