摘    要:图书馆服务围绕以人为中心在不断发展,从最初的守着藏书工作到现在面向广大读者提供更多更优质的服务,无不体现出图书馆服务理念的不断进步。图书馆与读者之间会产生矛盾,处理这些矛盾需要建立图书馆与读者之间的互动系统,移动通讯工具手机的出现为建立这种互动系统提供了强有力的支持。当代高校图书馆应不断提高自身的技术能力,以提供优质服务为目标,在校园中展开营销活动。

Abstract:With the development of people-centred services,libraries have provided more user-oriented services rather than book collecting and preserving.For the conflicts will occur between the library and its users,an interactive system is needed to build.The emergence of cellular phone provides support for the establishment of such system.Aiming at providing quality services,the university libraries must continuously improve their technical capacity to conduct marketing activities on campus.
