摘    要:基于2012“高教社杯”全国大学生数学建模竞赛A题数据。采用主成分分析和Q聚类分析对酿酒葡萄进行了分级,分析了酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标对葡萄酒质量的影响,并建立了如何用酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒的理化指标来评价葡萄酒质量的多元线性回归模型,为葡萄酒质量评价提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the data in Modeling A of 2012 "Higher Education Press Cup" National Mathematical Contest, wine grape was graded by using methods of principal component analysis and Q-cluster analysis, and a multiple linear regression model was established to evaluate the quality of grape wines by using the physical and chemical indexes of wine grape and grape wine, which provides a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of grape wine.
