| 摘 要： | 推行高校教师职务聘任制是高校教师任用制度改革和发展的必然。本针对当前教师聘任制中存在的突出问题，提出科学合理地设置岗位是聘任的基础和前提，积极稳妥的岗位聘任是关键，配套相应措施是保障，并进行了相应的探讨。

| Abstract: | The teachers's posts engaging system of institutes of higher learning should be pushed forward, because it is a must of the reform and development of appointing the teachers of institutesof higher learning. Aimed at main issues in the teachers's posts engaging system, this article has raised following points of view: The scientific setup of posts is foundation and precondition of engaging; The key is post engaging productively and reliably;Some completing measures is guarantee. Discussion in concern is also carried through. |
