| 摘 要： | 伦理型领导是在伦理学和领导学基础上发展起来的一个新课题,最近几年在国外得到迅速发展.首先介绍伦理型领导的内涵,维度与测量;然后分析领导者个性特征对伦理型领导的影响,接着重点探讨伦理型领导对下属的工作态度,工作绩效及行为的影响.最后针对已有研究的不足为未来的研究方向提出一些建议.
