“双创”时代独立学院商科人才培养模式研究

摘    要:培养出符合“双创”时代要求的应用型人才是独立学院的发展之本。本文分析了“双创”时代独立学院传统商科人才培养模式存在的四个缺陷:一是重就业提升,轻创业创新体系建设;二是重单一标准化教学,轻跨专业灵活学习;三是重知识逻辑推理教学,轻情商培育、团队沟通和思维能力培养;四是重课堂案例学习,轻亲身体会创业创新的体验。为了改善商科人才培养模式的缺陷,独立学院要建立阶梯型的商科人才培养模型,通过构建系统性、科学性的创业创新课程体系和培养双师型教师,实现创业创新与素质教育相融合;建立“以赛促学”的学科竞赛体系,实现创业创新与学科竞赛融合;构建跨专业商科仿真实训平台,实现创业创新与实践平台融合;设立产业学院和建立创业创新实验班,实现创业创新教育与专业教育相融合。

Abstract:Training students’ innovation and entrepreneurship is the main tasks of independent colleges. This paper analyzed the shortcomings of the traditional business teaching model: ignoring the construction of innovation and enterprising systems, the flexible interdisciplinary study, the cultivation of emotional quotient, teamwork spirit and critical thinking, and the experiential startups and innovations while projecting the employment rate pursuit, the standardized teaching mode, the logical reasoning and the case study. To tackle these issues in the training of innovation and entrepreneurship, we set up the ladder model of business talents training through analyzing the features of business majors to build up the teaching modes in innovation and entrepreneurship involving quality education, competition, simulated practice platform, experimental class and professional education
