大数据背景下的高校人事档案信息化建设研究

摘    要:在大数据时代,高校人事档案管理信息化建设,能够改变传统档案管理中存在的主观性、非科学、信息应用不足等弱性,实现高校人力资源管理的可持续发展。本文基于大数据发展背景,对高校人事档案信息化建设进行研究,探索了信息化建设过程中存在的主要问题,并构建对策建议,即:树立大数据意识,提高数据素养,加强人事档案信息数据库建设,拓展人事档案的数据和信息应用范围,深化高校人力资源开发,建立健全高校人事档案信息管理制度和机制。

Research on the Informatization Construction of Personnel Archives in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Big Data
Abstract:In the era of big data, the informatization construction of personnel archives management in colleges and universities can change the subjectivity, unscientific and insufficient application of information in traditional archives management, and realize the sustainable development of human resources management in colleges and universities. Based on the background of the development of big data, this paper studies the informatization construction of personnel archives in colleges and universities, explores the main problems existing in the process of informatization construction, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions, namely,establishing the awareness of big data, improving data literacy, strengthening the construction of personnel archives information database, expanding the data and information application scope of personnel archives, deepening the development of human resources in colleges and universities, establishing and improving the management system and mechanism of personnel archives information in colleges and universities.
