| 摘 要： | 通过分析法学课程案例教学和多媒体教学的特点以及目前多媒体教学中存在的一些问题，认为传统的课堂讲授的方式仍是法学课程教学的主导，同时应适当地运用多媒体教学手段来增加教学容量，并结合精选、精编案例进行案例分析的课堂讨论，以达到预期的教学效果。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the characteristics and problems of case and multi-media teaching in law classes, the paper points out that, to accomplish a better teaching effect, it is necessary to use multi-media teaching method and the class discussion about selected cases, though the traditional teaching method is still the leading method in law classes. |
