摘    要:义务教育择校现象涉及的教育政策主体包括国家政府、教育监管部门、地方政府、学校、择校家长及学生、择校弱势群体等。各主体历经16年的博弈已深陷于择校困境之中。基于此,从博弈论角度探求其各自的价值取向及诉求,建构和分析各主体之间博弈模型,对择校现象引发的社会问题以合理的解释,审视当前的教育政策制度缺陷应有所启示。

Abstract:The educational policy subjects of the compulsory education school choice phenomenon involve the National government,the educational supervisors,the Local authorities,the schools,the school choice guardians and the students,the school choice minority groups and so on.Undergo 16 years gamble,they have deeply gotten into "school choice dilemma".Therefore,from the game theory angle constructs and analyzes between various subjects’ gamble models,seeks its respective value orientation and gives the reasonable explanation to the social problems its initiated,to examine the current educational policy system flaw must be have the enlightenment.
