| 摘 要： | 2010年10月1日起将要实行的篮球规则从场地及比赛时间上都做了重大修改,使得世界篮球联合会规则和NBA规则更加接近.规则的修改对今后篮球运动的发展将会起到较大的推动作用.了解规则的变化,把握规则精神是各级教练员必须掌握的,它对今后的训练和比赛都的至关重要的.
