| 摘 要： | 高职教育是一个加工、培养高技能型人才的过程。在这个过程中,核心就是人才培养方案。目前高职人才培养方案存在着人才培养目标模糊,人才需求分析定位不准确,学科型的课程体系、理论与实习实训不融合等问题。为此,高职人才培养方案要优化设计定位,构建人才培养方案框架和模块化课程体系,重构课程内容与教学方法,全面实施＂2＋1＂教学模式。
