| 摘 要： | 将关键因素筛选、战略态势评价、战略方案匹配、战略方案评价等战略评价过程以层次分析法(AHP)贯穿起来,联结为前后一致的评价体系,提出基于AHP的企业战略评价整合模型,阐述基本评价步骤、操作过程及其所蕴涵的组织学习和知识增值意义。

| Abstract: | Strategy evaluation process is integrated with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),forming itself into a consistent evaluating system,which is joined with key factors screening,strategic profile evaluating,and strategic alternatives matching and evaluating.Further,this paper presents an AHP-based integrative strategy evaluation model,demonstrates its basic step and operative sequence and implication in organization learning and in knowledge increment. |
