| 摘 要： | 高职院校职业培训的本质是社会人力资本投资,是一项能实现经济社会发展和高职院校自身发展的“双赢”举措,但目前我国高职院校职业培训面临着需求旺盛而供给严重不足的尴尬局面。从我国经济社会发展需要和人力资本投资风险与收益的特质来看,需要高职院校与政府、企业齐抓共管,共同努力,加快高职院校职业培训工作发展,促进经济社会发展。

| Abstract: | The essence of vocational qualification training vocational college is human capital investment of society.It is a measure can promote economy and society development and vocational college development.But now,the demand of qualification training is great and vocational college's supply is poor.Looking from economy and society development and the nature of risk and revenue of human capital investment,government,firms and vocational colleges must work hard together,to promote vocational qualification training vocational college and development of economy and society. |
