| 摘 要： | 高校生活园区良好的育人环境是提高人才培养质量的重要保证,本文从“坚持以学生为本,加强教育和引导；充分发挥园区政治辅导员的作用；严格要求,加强管理；齐抓共管,培育新人”等四个方面就如何构建高校生活园区和谐的育人环境进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | The harmonious living quarter in campus makes sure of the quality of educating talents in university.The paper discusses how to construct harmonious living quarter based on four factors: insisting on doing everything at the root of students and making emphasis on educating and leading;performing important foundation of counselor;making strict roles,enhancing management;supervising and administering together in order to educate talents. |
