| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国高等教育大众化和高等教学体制改革的产物,其宗旨是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才。独立学院人才培养目标是形成教学特色的基础,而独立学院教学特色的塑造主要体现于求异性、开放性、实践性、创新性和自主性等五个方面。
