| 摘 要： | 现代信息技术对图书馆的一项传统服务内容——新书通报已经有过一次改造。但调查显示，目前图书馆网上新书通报服务存在种种缺陷。文章认为，有必要基于Blog对图书馆新书通报服务再次进行改造，并分析了利用Blog发布新书信息的诸多优势。
