| 摘 要： | 商品信息推送成为了电子商务商家商品信息服务的一种主要方式，研究如何进行电子商务商品信息推送效果测评问题具有重要意义。本文通过对已有文献的梳理和研究，结合对参与电子商务商品信息推送效果测评的相关负责人和客户的访谈和调研，建立了电子商务商品信息推送效果测评指标体系；以此为基础，提出了一种考虑客户满意度的电子商务商品信息推送效果测评方法；最后，通过一个实例分析说明了该测评方法的有效性和可行性，并就测评结果做出了有针对性地改进分析。

| Abstract: | Product information push has become the main information service way for merchants under e-commerce.Hence,it is important to do the research about the evaluation of the effect of e-commerce product information push.In this paper,firstly,the evaluation index system of the effect of e-commerce product information push was constructed according to the integration and study about existing literatures and the interview and investigation on organizer and customer who had participated in the evaluation of the effect of e-commerce product information push.Then a method for e-commerce product information push effect evaluation considering customer satisfaction degree was presented on the basis of the above work.Finally,the feasibility and validity of the proposed method was illustrated by an example analysis,and then the relevant improvement analysis was put forward according to the result of evaluation. |
