| 摘 要： | 美国高校在开展远程教育时有自己的独到之处，特别是在招生、教学、管理等方面突出了远程教育的理念，实现了与现代信息技术的紧密结合，营造了发展远程教育的环境。相比之下，我国远程教育需要在宏观规划、教学管理、媒体使用、制度建设等方面做进一步的改进。

| Abstract: | The universities and colleges in the U.S. each have their own uniqueness. They emphasize the conception of distance education especially in enrollment, teaching process and management. The widely used modern informational technology provides the condition for the development of distance education. Comparatively, we need to improve the macro-planning, teaching management, media-using and system-construction in our country. |
