| 摘 要： | 目前教师发展现状诉求教师风格化发展,以进一步推动教师自觉地向专业化方向发展。教师风格化发展标志一个教师教学风格的高度成熟,应该成为每一位教师自觉追求的理想目标。它是教师专业化发展的必然要求。实现教师风格化发展要求教师做好职业生涯规划、立足教学实践和提升自我意识。
