基于SWOT模型的农村幼儿教师专业发展问题研究

摘    要:党的十八大以来,我国学前教育事业总体上取得了显著成效,但农村学前教育仍然是我国学前教育发展最薄弱的部分,农村幼儿教师队伍建设严重滞后,农村幼儿教师专业发展面临严峻挑战。解决农村幼儿教师专业发展问题是促进农村幼儿教师队伍建设,推动农村学前教育发展的重要一环。本文基于SWOT分析法,对影响农村幼儿教师专业发展的内部优势(S)、内部劣势(W)、外部机遇(O)、外部威胁(T)进行全面分析,据此建立可视化矩阵图,进而有针对性地提出增长型战略、扭转型战略、多元型战略和防御型战略,以解决农村幼儿教师专业发展问题。

Abstract:Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China’s preschool education has achieved remarkable results in general. But rural preschool education is still the weakest part of the development of preschool education in China. The construction of rural preschool teachers is seriously lagging behind, and the professional development of rural preschool teachers is facing severe challenges. Solving the problem of professional development of rural preschool teachers is an important part of promoting the construction of rural preschool teachers and the development of rural preschool education. Based on the SWOT analysis method, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the internal advantages(S), internal disadvantages(W), external opportunities(O), and external threats(T) that affect the professional development of rural preschool teachers. Proposed a growth strategy, a reversal strategy, a diversified strategy, and a defensive strategy to address the professional development of rural preschool teachers.
