| 摘 要： | 随着经济建设与法制建设的迅猛发展,成人教育在我国教育体系和国民经济中的地位和作用也越来越大,加强成人教育立法已成为成人教育管理中一个十分重要的问题。然而,成教发展40多年,至今尚未有一部属于成人教育法规,成教立法,迫在眉睫。本文论述了成教立法的必要性和可能性以及成教立法的基本思想,指出了成教立法科学化应该注意的问题。

| Abstract: | As the development of the construction of economic and law in China,the effect of the adult learning in education system and economic become larger,so the most important problem in adult edu- cation mangement is strength the adult education legislation.However,as the development of adult ed- ucation law,there is not have an legislation of adult education until now.It is necessary have an regu- lations of adult education to guide in market operation.The article from some aspects,such as the ne- cessity and possibility of adult education legislation ,the basic idea and the problem which they shuould pay attention,to understand adult eduction legisition. |
