| 摘 要： | 当下中国大学学术委员会学术权力的行使效力呈现出"日渐式微"之态。学术权力定位失当、制度设计缺失、学术精神衰退、中国传统文化影响以及监督机制存在漏洞是主要原因。对此,可以从教授执掌学术权力、健全制度体系、培育和构建公共理性以及建立"以权治权"的监督机制四方面采取措施,正确解决"谁掌权、掌何权、如何掌权"的问题,从而提升大学学术委员会学术权力的行使效力。

| Abstract: | The ＂diminishing＂ academic power of academic committee in Chinese Universities are attributed to misconduct in academic power positioning, institutional design, academic spirit, traditional Chinese culture and supervision mechanism. The paper argues that four effective measures can be taken in terms of professors＇ empowered academy, sounding institutional system, nurturing and building public reason and establishing the monitoring mechanism. |
