| 摘 要： | 世界金融危机对中国企业的海外并购是一次机遇，中国企业如何利用这种契机实施海外扩张和海外并购战略是本文关注的内容。本文从分析当前中国企业海外并购的动因出发，着重分析了在金融危机下中国企业的海外并购战略，即如何进行成功并购三步曲：并购目标的选择，并购的风险控制以及并购后的整合，从而实现海外扩张。
