| 摘 要： | 独立学院作为培养应用型人才的新型高等教育机构，必须根据自身办学特征构建具有针对性和可操作性的人才培养模式。独立学院应用型人才培养模式构建的首要任务是树立相应的办学理念，核心是建设应用性课程体系，关键是建立科学合理的教师队伍。

| Abstract: | As a new type of higher education organization which is cultivating applying talented people,independent college should construct a cultivating pattern of pertinency and maneuverability based on its own characteristics on running school.The in-dependent college's chief task of cultivating applying talented people is building up a clear cultivating idea,and the core is building applying course system,as well as the key procedure is establishing reasonable teachers' troop. |
