| 摘 要： | 马克思主义是科学观和人文观的统一。它既肯定科学在历史发展过程中的巨大作用,又注重人类创造历史的伟大活动,是科学精神和人文精神的统一。科学发展观是马克思主义科学观和人文观统一的进一步体现,要切实把科学发展观贯穿于经济社会发展的全过程,落实到经济发展的各个环节。
