| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济和学习型社会的到来,我国成人教育面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。针对当前成人教育运行中存在的问题,本文以为可以从法律保障、经费保障、师资保障、质量保障和激励机制保障等五个方面来构建和完善成人教育体系的保障机制。
