| 摘 要： | 成人教育在我国教育体系和国民经济中的地位及作用至关重要,加强成人教育立法已成为完善我国教育法律体系、构建学习化社会的重大课题。台湾成人教育立法的经验和特点对我国的成人教育立法有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
