| 摘 要： | 采用综合研究方法，对22个省市自治区的176所高校体育师资队伍的职业素质、年龄结构、职称结构和学历结构等进行调查分析，在总结经验的基础上，提出21世纪初我国高校体育师资队伍发展战略的基本思路和主要措施．以促进我国高校体育师资队伍整体水平的提高。

| Abstract: | Having used the method of synthetical study,among 176 universities in 22 provinces,cities and regional national autonomy,we investigate and analysis on the teachers carneer qualities,the structure of age,the title of a professional post,the qualification and so on.On the basis of summing up the experiment,provided the ideas and measures to develope the group of teachers in universities at the beginning of 21st century so as to promote rising the physical teachers levels. |
