| 摘 要： | 政府新闻发言人制度是信息化民主社会的产物,是人民主权原则的具体体现,它有利于维护社会稳定,有利于保障公众信息知情权的实现,也有利于使公众利益实现最优化。我国的政府新闻发言人制度建立较晚,在许多方面还不完善、不规范,因此,我国的政府新闻发言人制度必须作为整个信息公开制度的重要组成部分予以规范和完善,从而充分发挥我国政府新闻发言人制度的积极作用。

| Abstract: | Institution of government spokesman is the outcome of information-based democratic society,and embodiment of people controlled sovereignty.Institution of government spokesman is conducive to safeguarding stability of society,helpful to realize the citizens' right of knowing,and good for optimizing people's interests.Institution of government spokesman in our country has been newly established and does not perfect and standardize,so it must be perfected and standardized as an important part in whole institution of information openness in order to bring it into active play. |
