| 摘 要： | 近年来,许多高校为了提升学校的整体绩效,已将年度绩效考核作为学校工作的一项重要内容,但结果却不尽如人意。鉴于高校教师工作的特点,针对高校教师绩效考核的特殊性,指出绩效考核标准与考核模式应该结合实际情况灵活制定,才能取得良好效果。
