| 摘 要： | 加强党的执政能力的建设,是无产阶级政党在取得执政地位以后必须始终高度重视的一个重要的问题。以胡锦涛为总书记的中央领导集体在带领全党全国人民进行社会主义现代化和建设中,对提高党的执政能力的前提、核心、重点和基础等问题进行了积极探索,形成了具有时代特色的关于党的执政能力建设思想。学习、研究胡锦涛关于党的执政能力建设思想,对于我们今天全面建设小康社会,推进中国特色社会主义现代化建设有着十分重要的现实指导意义。
