| 摘 要： | 伍廷芳长期在海外生活,其思想形成期是在英国及其殖民地香港度过的,因此其思想受西方文化影响甚深。他在英国受过三年法律教育,受西方古典自然法学派影响很大,所以他主张国民在法律面前人人平等,倡导三权分立和司法独立,认为私有财产神圣不可侵犯。这些思想在当时具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Wu Tingfang spent much of life overseas and the formation period of his thought was spent in Britain and in its colony of Hong Kong.Thus his thought was deeply influenced by western culture.He received three years of law education in Britain and was greatly influenced by classical western school of natural law.Thus he argued that all men were equal before the law and advocated the separation of government powers and judiciary independence,and thought that private property was inviolable.These ideas were of great significance at the time. |
