| 摘 要： | 本文分析了多媒体教学中教师角色的转变，探讨了激发学生的主体参与性和主观能动性意识，从而使他们有效地掌握知识，发展个性，培养学习英语的举以及渴望获得英语语言文化的意识倾向，达到学习知识和教学目标的有机结合，面向全体学生实现个体素质的提高，体现学生的认知主体作用，教师可以采用创新的教学模式，重新审视多媒体教学中教师的作用和角色。
