太极拳对老年人NK细胞的影响

摘    要:人类进入老龄化社会,对衰老机制的研究越来越引起人们的重视.许多研究表明,运动是延缓机体衰老的有效手段之一.通过城镇老年妇女(55~65岁)每天习练太极拳,观察太极拳对老年人NK细胞的影响.结果发现:经过6个月的太极拳练习,老年人血液中NK细胞的含量增加;一次性太极拳练习,可明显提高血液NK细胞的百分含量,表明太极拳运动可能提高机体的免疫机能,增强老年人抗疾病的能力.

Abstract:The researcher pays attention to the mechanism of aging with the advancing age. Exercise training is thought as one of the most effective means in putting off the occurrence of aging. There are fewer researches on the influence of Taijiquan on immune function. The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Taijiquan on natural killer cell (NK cell) number. Sixteen healthy women (aged 55-65) are assigned to exercise group (n=10) and control group (n=6). The subjects of the exercise group practise the 24-Style Taijiquan every day from 6:00-7:00. The experiment lasts 6 months. The control group subjects don't take part in any exercises. The findings are: the resting NK cell number increase after six months. And there are great changes in the number of NK cells before and after one hour of Taijiquan exercise. It means that regular and moderate training may promote the immune function in aged subjects.
