摘    要:运动刺激可诱导脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophie factor BDNF)mRNA表达上调,BDNF分泌增多。可促进脑损伤后的恢复、提高抑郁症的治疗效果、预防老年痴呆和增强记忆。

Abstract:Exercises stimulation can cause brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)'s mRNA expression to raise, and secrete to increase; Exercises stimulation can accelerate the recovery of brain injury, improve the cure effectiveness of depression, prevent the old dementia and enhance the memory.
