| 摘 要： | 本文论述了心本管理的理论，以及如何运用此理论在图书馆工作中对管理者以及员工进行有效管理，提出要激活、协调好图书馆这支高素质的队伍，必须顺应时代的发展，认真研究心本管理理论在图书馆工作中的应用，并在图书馆工作中不断丰富和发展心本管理理论，使图书馆工作日趋完善。
