| 摘 要： | 大学生马列主义学习小组是各高校普遍开展的一种青年学生政治学习组织形式，是加强高校学生党建工作的一个重要组成部分。本文试图从丰富马列学习小组的学习内容、转换和完善学习形式、如何构建马列学习小组的组织机构和健全内部各项制度等角度出发，对提高马列学习小组的工作成效，增强“马列学习小组”对青年学生参与政治学习的吸引力等方面提出一些可以借鉴的做法。 |

| Abstract: | The Marxism & Leninism Theory study group is a common organization of the college students, which is an important part of the Party-establishment in colleges and universities. The paper analyzes the study contents, the study forms and the group organization. Some measures are discussed in detail to improve the running efficiency of the study group. |
