人本主义视域下我国成人职业教育的发展

摘    要:随着我国对产业结构和就业结构的调整,人的职业设计与选择成为一个持续的、不断发展的职业开发历程。作为对成人进行职业开发与指导的成人职业教育成为当前我国成人教育的主要实践形式。成人职业教育要获得可持续性发展,必须超越掌握“一技之长”的狭窄视域,以人本主义为指导,凸现成人自我意识、关照成人精神世界、提升成人综合素质、着眼成人终身发展。

Abstract:With the adjustment of industrial structure and employment structure in our country,people's occupational design and choice become a continuously developmental process.Carrying on occupational development and guide,adult occupational education become a main practical form of adult education now.To acquire a sustainable development,adult occupational education must surmount the narrow range of vision to control "skill".Being conducted by Humanism,it should highlight adults' self-consciousness,pay close attention to adults' moral world,promote adults' comprehensive quality,and fix attention on adults' lifelong development.
