| Abstract: | SMEs in the face of complex changes in the external environment,more and more choices of human resources outsourcing,outsourcing will be faced with many risks.This article analysis the corresponding measures from the outsourc-ing decision-making,supplier selection,contracts,internal control and supervision of staff,and other five areas to avoid risks. |
