摘    要:中小企业在面对复杂的外部环境变化下,越来越多地选择人力资源外包,在外包中将面临诸多风险.本文从外包决策、供应商选择、合约、内部员工和监督控制等五个方面进行分析,并提出相应的风险规避措施.

Abstract:SMEs in the face of complex changes in the external environment,more and more choices of human resources outsourcing,outsourcing will be faced with many risks.This article analysis the corresponding measures from the outsourc-ing decision-making,supplier selection,contracts,internal control and supervision of staff,and other five areas to avoid risks.
