| 摘 要： | 职称评聘是高校师资队伍建设的关键环节之一。当前，做好高校教师职称评聘工作，应该确定相应教师的基本工作量，推行按学科设岗，完善职称评聘分开的晋级制度，理顺高校“双肩挑”工作模式。
